Eligibility Criteria

Aircraft maintenance engineering is not a degree or diploma certification, but a professional training programme. After the successful completion of this programme, the passing batch is awarded licenses by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (D.G.C.A.). Here are the eligibility criteria for becoming an A.M.E.-

• • Applicants who have appeared for or cleared their 10+2 exams in P.C.M. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from a recognized board in class 12th can apply.
• • Candidates who are aspiring to apply for a B. Tech course can also apply to become an A.M.E.
• • Applicant must be free from any physical disability and must not be colour blind.
